Effective May 13, 2026. This policy explains how HireBias Audit handles account, payment, analytics, and audit-workflow data.
Scope
HireBias Audit provides software for AI hiring bias audit workflows. We are not a law firm, employer of record, recruiting agency, credit bureau, or payment custodian.
Information we process
We may process contact details, account identifiers, plan selections, usage events, support messages, payment status metadata, and audit inputs you choose to submit. Audit inputs may include aggregated applicant-flow counts by group, stage, vendor, role family, geography, and time period. Customers should avoid uploading unnecessary personal data.
How we use information
We use information to operate the service, create reports, maintain security, process support requests, improve product workflows, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and reconcile payments.
Payments
Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments. We receive limited transaction metadata such as invoice status, currency, amount, and order identifier. We do not receive or store private wallet keys.
Analytics
We use first-party analytics to measure page views, product interactions, pricing intent, checkout starts, and payment-return events. Analytics are used to improve reliability and conversion paths, not to sell personal data.
Sharing
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate hosting, analytics, security, support, and payment workflows. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your responsibilities
Customers are responsible for having rights to submit audit data, minimizing personal information, configuring access appropriately, and reviewing legal conclusions with qualified counsel.
